Notice to Owners Regarding Lawsuit
The Board of Trustees for your Association wishes to inform all owners that a decision was recently issued by the court in the litigation between certain owners, the Association and your property manager.
Please be advised that this decision is under appeal, and the matter is not yet final. Owners should not take any action, make any financial decisions, or rely in any way on the decision of the Court until all court proceedings have been finalized, and the matter has been fully and finally adjudicated following the conclusion of the appeal process.
The Association will continue to monitor this matter closely and will keep all owners informed of any and all developments as they occur.
